Having been in the insurance industry since 2012, Alex now has 12 years of experience. Alex took the next big step in his career by founding The Little Insurance Shop. He embraces the challenge that comes from finding the best possible rate at the right price. Alex prioritizes customer service, transparency, and a wide range of insurance policies to meet the needs of customers looking for insurance.
Together with Ingris, thier goal is to provide solutions and exceptional support to customers, solidifying their reputation as trustworthy and reliable.
Hard work isn’t the only things that Alex enjoys. Adrenaline inducing sports are some of his favorite hobbies like skydiving, snowboarding, and riding roller coasters. While they may seem intense, Alex also has hobbies that are considered to be a part of the “slow-life”. These activties include volunteering, grilling, mowing the lawn, and working on cars.
Ingris Morales

With over 16 years of experience, Ingris has made it her goal to find the best rate she can to help customers insure what matters most to them and provide excellent customer service. As an insurance agent, her main focus is to provide customers with the best possible coverage to protect their assets and loved ones. She understands that each individual, family, or business has unique needs, and she is dedicated to finding insurance solutions that meet those specific needs.
Ingris joined The Little Insurance Shop in 2015 along side Alex Martin. Both induviduals wanting to provide great service to those looking for coverage. What she loves the most about being at The Little Insurance Shop is the positive work enviroment it holds. As well as how flexible and family-oriented The Little Insurance Shop is.
Ingris isnt always just work and no fun. When not at the office, she enjoys going dancing and painting. You can also find her spending time with family and friends. Community outreach is also a high priority for her.
Diana Lopez

Having just been certified, Diana’s goal is to ensure that each customer recieves the highest level of support and assistance. She strives to provide accurate and prompt responses to inquiries, mantain a friendly and professional demeanor, and actively listen to customer’s needs and concerns. Aiming to foster trust, loyalty, and satisfaction by addressing insurance-related queries and issues.
What she loves most about being at The Little Insurance Shop, is the gratification that comes with helping customers find great rates at a great price. As well as the sense of family and being a part of the community that The Little Insurance Shop provides.
Insurance isn’t the only that Diana is passionate about. Given the chance, she would travel to new places and explore what the world has to offer. Diana is also a huge music fan and loves going to concerts.
